A focused approach.
A personal investment.

We’re Nolan Ott and Paul Esparza.
Together, we’re Great Lakes Build.

We build custom and spec homes across eastern Michigan with a simple point of view: the layout should work, the details should matter, and the finished home should feel like somewhere you want to stay.
